rates. A deposit of 2 days rental is required to confirm reservation.
Deposit credited to first and last day of period reserve.
All confirmed reservations will be held until 6 PM unless
otherwise notified. Personal checks on deposit only. Balance
due on arrival in cash, traveler's checks or money orders
(no personal checks). Deposits refundable less 25% if notified
2 weeks in advance of arrival. No refund on unused days or
no shows - no exceptions. Neither unused days nor deposits
are transferable to another guest or time period. PLEASE NOTE:
All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject
to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions
beyond our control. This property is privately owned and the
management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Misrepresentation Voids Reservation. Maximum occupancy rate
July 6 to Labor Day. Add 6% Sales, 3.15% NJ occupancy fee,
and 3.85% Tourism Tax to above rates. These rates do not apply
to Groups, Conventions or Holidays. Rates subject to change
unless secured by advance reservation.
- Check-In time: 3 PM.
- Check-Out time: before 11 AM.
- Balance due on arrival in cash, traveler's checks, money
orders or certified checks.
- Children 3 and under stay free. Parking strictly limited
to one car per unit.
- No pets or bicycles in room.
- No cigars or pipes.
